Privacy policy

The short version

This calculator runs entirely in your browser. We don't operate a backend for it, so there's nothing server-side to send your timesheet data to, and no account to create.

What's stored, and where

Your time entries, hourly rate, chosen overtime rule, and dark/light theme preference are saved only in this browser's local storage (localStorage). That data stays on your device — it isn't transmitted to us, and we have no way to see it. Clearing your browser's site data for timecardzone.com removes it.

Hosting and standard web logs

This site is served as static files through Cloudflare's network. Like any website, Cloudflare's infrastructure generates standard request logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) as a normal part of serving traffic and protecting against abuse. We don't run analytics on top of that today — if we add an analytics or advertising service in the future, we'll update this policy to name it before it goes live.

Google Fonts

The page loads two typefaces (Public Sans and Space Mono) from Google's font hosting (fonts.gstatic.com). That means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers to fetch those font files, the same as it would on most sites that use Google Fonts.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. Your theme and calculator state are kept in local storage, not cookies.
